Prince Frederick Fitness Zone
Located in front of the Prince Frederick Hall and adjacent to Mowatt Lane Garage. The Prince Frederick Fitness Zone is a functional outdoor fitness space designed for a total body workout using bodyweight and gravity for resistance training.Bouldering Zone
Located on Level 0 of the Eppley Recreation Center, the Bouldering Zone is RecWell's indoor bouldering facility with a range of bouldering routes to accommodate seasoned climbers and those new to the sport. The space also features a Kilter Board and Campus Board. Note: Reservations are required for use of the spaceFitness Certifications
Become a certified fitness instructor by obtaining a group fitness certification. RecWell hosts certifications on campus and offers online certifications where applicable. All NCAA-accredited certifications are accepted.
