Prince Frederick Fitness Zone

Located in front of the Prince Frederick Hall and adjacent to Mowatt Lane Garage. The Prince Frederick Fitness Zone is a functional outdoor fitness space designed for a total body workout using bodyweight and gravity for resistance training.
The Thrive 450 contains 10 fitness stations in the outdoor fitness system. Equipment includes: decline sit up bench, slam ball target, variable press, variable monkey bars, knee lift dip station, variable pull-up, step up platforms, and a Swedish ladder.

Due to the nature of this facility, this space is only available for informal "free play" recreation.
Parking on campus is regulated by UMD’s Department of Transportation Services. Regulations vary based on time of year, time of day, type of parking permit, and special events/construction projects.
