Learn and thrive with RecWell

At RecWell, we are committed to your safety and well-being. We are also committed to providing education in order to promote the safety and well-being of the greater campus community. In addition to educational safety courses, RecWell Athletic Trainers are available to support students.

In order to live out our mission (link to about us landing page), we support students, faculty, and staff on their journeys towards well-being. Explore the tabs below for more information.

RecWell athletic training services assist all currently registered University of Maryland students with athletic and orthopedic injuries, concussion management, and education.

Wellness is more than health. It is a way of living more fully. It involves taking responsibility for the choices you make each and every day—no matter how small—to take positive actions that fuel your body, engage your mind, and nurture your spirit.

Wellness also involves a commitment to others. At RecWell, we are committed to building a community where individuals prioritize their own and others’ well-being.
