Our formal recruitment cycle for Spring 2025 begins on October 1, 2024. Teams in each area are hiring for Spring 2025 start dates, in addition to some positions that are hiring for immediate vacanies. The best consideration date is October 18 and our application will formally close on October 31. More information is available below.
Our application for Winter & Spring 2025 start dates is currently OPEN. Teams in all areas are hiring for Spring 2025 start dates and some teams are hiring for immediate vacancies. Job descriptions can be found here.
The best consideration date is Friday, October 18. After the close of business (5PM) on October 18, positions that have received more than 200 applicants will be removed from the application and no longer available to apply for. All applications submitted before the close of business on October 18 will be considered, regardless of the number of applicants. This typically includes positions such as North Campus Facilities, Member Services, Weight/Fitness, South Campus Facilities, and the Adventure Program Rental Desk, but may include others as well. We strongly recommend submitting your application by October 18.
