Thomas Bennett

Thomas finds his work at RecWell meaningful because of interactions with students. From helping injured students to talking about their day-to-day lives, he can come to work every day and feel that he has made a positive impact on someone’s day. When not at work, Thomas spends time relaxing (okay napping), hanging out with his wife, daughter and dog, and enjoys going to the occasional brewery or winery. To be an active Terp and live well Thomas works out, moves around and decompresses at least twice a day. Taking the time to lift weights and condition his body and mind is an escape from the cogs and gears of daily life. This practice grants him perspective, keeps him humble and maintains his focus on his personal goals.
