Why did you start personal training? I started personal training because: fitness and bodybuilding are my passions and what I absolutely love. I have been avidly weight-training and exercising since 2011, and it has changed my life completely and given me so many opportunities. My goal as a trainer is to allow others to also discover opportunities, achieve their own goals, and live healthier and happier lives.
What is your favorite stretch? My favorite stretch is: the open-arm stretch. You keep your elbows straight and open your arms as wide as you can. Spread your fingers as wide as possible and point them behind you. It is a wonderful stretch that you will feel from your chest all the way down to your fingertips.
