Functional training = training your body for the way it lives, with the goal of helping you live better. Train for real life, without limits, in all degrees of freedom using fitness tools, body weight, and gravity. Functional fitness focuses on training your muscles to work together in preparation for tasks you perform daily at home, at work, in sports, and more!
Join a small group training class! Small group training classes are part of the group fitness program. All small group training classes are included in student fees and in all paid RecWell memberships. The free Limited Access Membership for faculty/staff does not include small group training classes. Ensure you make a reservation to attend small group training classes using the IMLeagues app.
