Fitness assessments help you define fitness goals and track your progress. Personal trainers will conduct a series of assessments (body composition included) to give you a total picture of your physical fitness. Take the guesswork out of measuring progress and know your numbers!
Weight is so much more than a number on the scale. The Bod Pod® will provide a total picture of fat vs. fat-free body mass using air displacement technology. Body composition testing can assist in measuring progress and creating health and fitness goals!
