- Activities in which your mask may get wet. On adventure trips, this includes kayaking and high intensity activities when it is raining.
- When actively eating or drinking.
- If you are having difficulty breathing during a high intensity activity.
- When you are in your tent on an overnight trip.
Make sure to maintain physical distance, a minimum of 6 feet, from others when you cannot wear a mask. It is recommended that you bring multiple masks on trips so that if your mask gets moist from sweat, you are able to replace it with a clean mask.
